ShowingHero – Quick Guide: From Scheduling to Getting the Code

Scheduling a Showing

  • Log in to your prospect account.
  • Select the property.
  • Choose an available date and time slot.
  • Complete identity verification if required.

Confirmation & Reminders

  • You will receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email 4 hours before your showing.
  • Automatic reminders are sent before the scheduled showing time.

Getting the Access Code

  • During your scheduled showing time only:
    • For lockbox: Send the serial number or follow the link if geo-fencing is enabled.
    • The system will provide the access code.
  • If requested too early or outside your scheduled slot, the code will not be released.

Lockbox Access Instructions

SentriLock: After getting the 13-digit code

  • Press the Enter button
  • Enter the access code
  • Press Enter again to unlock
  • The key compartment will unlock, and a chime will sound.
  •  On newer black lockboxes, the key compartment drops down from the bottom.

Quick Tips

  • Always enter the code during your scheduled showing.
  • Contact the property agent or ShowingHero support if you have issues.
  • Close the lockbox after taking the keys.
