Access Occupant Notification History

This feature allows you to access a log of occupant notifications. To access this feature, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account.
2. Navigate to the Properties section.
3. Search for the property address and click on the View Details option corresponding to the property.
4. On the left-hand side, you will see the Occupant Notification History if the property is occupied. Click on this to view the complete history of emails and texts sent to occupants.
