Assign and unassign a lockbox from the property on ShowingHero.

The process of removing a serial number from a property in ShowingHero involves several steps:

1. Log into your ShowingHero account.
2. Navigate to Reports > View Lockboxes.
3. Search for the serial number or the property address associated with the lockbox.
4. Click on the property address to access the View Property Details page.
5. Press the Edit Property button to enter the Manage Property page.
6. Scroll down to the Self-Tour Settings section.
7. To remove the serial number from the property:
   • Select "No" for Enable Self-Tours.
   • This action will disassociate the serial number from the property, allowing it to be assigned to another property.

If you wish to assign a different serial number to the property, you can select the required serial number from the drop-down labeled Lockbox Serial Number before saving the change in Self-Tour Settings.
