How to Change Agent's Privilege Level
On ShowingHero there are two types of Privilege Level while adding then Agent's.
Administrator – Agents have all the authorities except Billing, Order Lockboxes, and Account settings. All the properties are assigned to them by default.
Agent – Normal agent with very less authority.
Changing Privilege Level from Administrator to Agent:
If you want to change the Agent's Privilege Level from Administrator to Agent, you need to log into their ShowingHero account. Go to Account Settings > Agent Settings. In front of the agent email, click Edit, scroll down to Privilege Level, tick Agent, and save the changes by pressing the Save button. Once you make the changes, please ask the agent to log out and then login back to their account to see the changes.
By doing this you will be required to assign properties to them manually whenever a new property is added or imported on ShowingHero. They can assign properties to the agent by going to Properties, clicking Edit, scrolling down to the Other Settings section, and clicking the check box in front of the Assign Non-Admin Agent.
Changing Privilege Level from Agent to Administrator:
If you want to change the Agent's Privilege Level from Agent to Administrator, you need to log into their ShowingHero account. Go to Account Settings > Agent Settings. In front of the agent email, click Edit, scroll down to Privilege Level, tick Administrator, and save the changes by pressing the Save button. Once you make the changes, please ask the agent to log out and then login back to their account to see the changes.
