The different showings page i.e., Agent Showings, Self-Tours, and Completed Showings shows the list of showings scheduled (happened) within the date range provided in the date filters.
- Records can be filtered on the basis of a date range which can be selected from the Start Date and End Date. By default, the report is shown for a period of one month starting from one month prior to the current date.
- The Search by Property Address text box is a free-flow field where you can type in a property address. It will filter the records based on the provided value. You are not required to provide the complete value. You can even provide a part of the value, and it will filter out the records accordingly.
- The Filter by Agent drop-down can be used to select if you want to see the showings for a particular agent. This drop-down only has active property agents. If you do not select any agent from the drop-down, then the report is displayed for all the agents which are active. This filter is available only on the Agent Showings page.
Sort by Status: By default, the records are shown in ascending order of the showing status and descending order of the date when the showing was scheduled (happened). You can sort the records on the basis of the Status of the Showing. This sort of option is not available on the Completed Showings page.
