How to the change time on a codebox
There are many times when a user (Prospect, Vendor/MLS agent, or anyone using a ShowingHero generated code) arrives at a property and tries the code they got on the CodeBox but they receive an "Entry Error" and therefore are unable to access the codebox to get the keys. This error may be because the time and/or date on the box is incorrect
To change the time access on a CodeBox, follow these steps:
Enter your 6-digit admin code on the CodeBox and press <ENTER>.
Wait 5 seconds until the screen displays "Select CMD:" at the top.
Press <6> for Access.
Enter the desired time using the number keys to change the start (ST) time. To keep the AM/PM as shown, press the <BACK/NEXT> key. To change the AM/PM, press <3>.
Repeat the same process for the end (END) time.
Press <ENTER> when you're done.
Let the screen go blank.
Note that by default, all Codeboxes are pre-programmed to allow access from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for security reasons. If you want to change the access time to a different start or end time, please make the request during your order or manually adjust the showing window on the CodeBox.
