To set up a default application link or PDF for properties in ShowingHero

Property managers can include an online application link or a downloadable application document for each property under the "Property Settings" section. However, if the property manager does not want to add these application settings for each property, they can create a default application link or PDF under the "Account Settings" page.

To add a default application link or PDF, go to Settings >> Account Settings. Under the "Default Settings" tab, there is a section labeled "Enable Default Application." The default selection is "No," and this option is not visible if the user has already selected "Import PW Application" from PropertyWare.

If the user enables the default application by selecting "Yes," they will not be able to customize the application link or PDF for any individual property.

After selecting "Yes," the option to either add an online application link or a downloadable application PDF appears.

If the default application is enabled on the Account Settings page, the application option will not be visible under the property page settings.
