How vendors can access the property

Once a vendor has been added to the ShowingHero portal, they can gain access to a property by following these instructions:

1. Locate the Codebox on the premises.
2. Find the serial number on the Codebox. It is usually located on the front and back of the box, and is 8 digits long, typically starting with either 10 or 20.
3. Text the serial number to the client's ShowingHero number. Please note that vendors can only use their registered phone number to gain access to the property.
4. The vendor will receive a code via both phone and email, to the contact information associated with their account.

By using this code, the vendor can then gain access to the property.
