What is the maximum number of codes generated per lockbox?
The maximum number of unique codes generated per lockbox per day is 14. Whenever a prospect sends a serial number within these first 14 times, they will receive this text message and a corresponding email message:
"Congratulations, your lockbox code is {Lockbox Code}. If you have any issues accessing the property, please call {number}. It is your responsibility to turn off all the lights, properly lock all doors, and return the keys to the lockbox when done. We will text after the showing to confirm that you have vacated the property. We hope you enjoy your showing :) To report any issues to the management company, call {number}. 'STOP' to unsubscribe."
The agent, on the other hand, will receive this message:
"A Self-Showing code has been provided to {Prospect Name} for {Property Address}. The showing is scheduled between {Start Time} and {End Time}."
However, when any prospect requests the 15th code, they will receive this message:
"Congratulations, please try {Lockbox Code 1} or {Lockbox Code 2} to get access to the property.
{Lockbox Code 1} - This would be the last code that was generated for this box {Lockbox Code 2} - This would be the second to last code that was generated for this box
The agent will receive this message:
“Please note that the maximum number of codes on {date} has been reached on {Client name} and code box # {serial number} located at {property address}.”
