Pre-screening Questions and Error Message for Prospects
An agent can create screening questions for prospects to answer before scheduling a showing. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are qualifiers that must be answered correctly before the prospect can proceed. Each qualifier question has a correct answer selected by the agent.
If a prospect answers any question incorrectly during the scheduling process, they will receive the error message: "We apologize, you do not meet one of the required criteria for this property."
While the prospect will not be able to schedule the showing, the agent in charge of the property will receive a message informing them that a prospect was pre-screened and declined. The email will also contain the answers that the prospect provided.
