Where to see the all lockboxes details
To view all lockboxes assigned to your company's listings, follow these steps:
Navigate to Reports >> Manage Lockboxes.
This will redirect you to a page where you will see the following details for each lockbox:
- Lockbox serial numbers
- Lockbox Type
- Property address it is currently assigned to
- Lockbox status
- Any notes attached to the lockbox
- Lockbox history
- Generate A Code
- Geo Tagged
- Geo Tagging Link
- Geo Tag History
The "Status" section displays all properties to which this lockbox has been assigned in the past, along with the dates of assignment and reassignment (if applicable).
The "History" section shows all codes generated for this lockbox serial number. This section includes the following information:
- Address of the property for which the codes were generated
- Access code
- Dates the codes were generated
- Person who gained access to the property (prospect or vendor)
