Wait List feature

ShowingHero has a wait-list feature that ensures prospects are notified as soon as the agent creates new showtimes for a property. When this feature is activated, prospects will find a form on the property page where they can fill in their name and contact information. The system will then automatically inform them when new showtimes become available.

To activate the wait-list feature for properties when imported.:

1. Go to Settings >> Account Settings >> Default Settings.
2. In the "Wait List" section, select the "Yes" radio button next to "Show Wait List Fields".
3. Enter the email address of the agent(s) who will receive notification emails when prospects fill out a Wait List form.
4. Click the "Save" button to save the changes.

For properties already on ShowingHero:

1. Go to Properties and click on the Edit button for the desired property.
2. On the Manage Property Page, scroll down to Other Settings.
3. Click the "Yes" radio button next to "Enable Wait List Form".
4. Enter the agent's email address to receive notification emails.
5. Click the "Save" button to save the changes.

Once these settings are saved, the Wait List form will be enabled for new properties and existing ones where it's activated. Prospects can fill out the form to be notified when new showtimes become available.
