Geo-fencing Feature for Property Showings

Geo-fencing is a security feature that ensures only prospects who are physically located in the same state as the property can schedule a showing and prevent scamming. Here's how it works:

1. When a prospect first lands on the property page, they will receive a request to allow Showing Hero to access their location.
2. If they select "Allow," they can proceed to schedule the showing. However, if the system detects that they are not in the same state as the property, they will see a message at the bottom of the screen when they try to submit their preferred show times.
3. If they select "Block," they will not be able to schedule a showing. They will see the following notification when they first open the property page: "Sorry, this property is only available to view by prospects physically located in the same state as the property."
4. Similarly, when they try to submit their preferred showtime, they will see the message: "We're sorry, this property is only available to view by prospects physically located in the same state as the property."

This feature helps ensure that only prospects who meet the geographical criteria can schedule showings for properties.
