How can prospects select or change their communication preference?

Prospective tenants can select or change their communication preferences by going to their profile. They can access their profile by clicking on the three lines at the top right corner of their page and then clicking on their name.

After accessing their profile, the prospect should click on the Edit button in the section labeled View/Update Contact Details. This will open their profile page. They will then see a section labeled Communication Preferences. This section has four communication options: text message, email, both, and unsubscribe.

The prospect can select the communication preferences they prefer. However, they should note that if they select "Unsubscribe", they will not be able to receive any email or text messages from the system.
