How can I enable a Self-tour schedule for my property?

To enable lockbox showings for a property, follow these steps:

Log into your ShowingHero account, navigate to the "Properties" page, and search for the property's address.

Click on the "Edit" button next to the property's address to access the "Manage Property" page.

Scroll down to the "Self-Tour Settings" section and expand it by clicking on it.

The first option you'll see is "Enable Self-Tours?" Select "Yes" to reveal all other lockbox-showing settings.

Specify the days and times when prospects can schedule lockbox showings. Also, select the agent in charge of the showing and set the showing's duration.

Choose a calendar color for easy identification on the main calendar or snapshot.

Decide whether to enable or disable auto-cancellation, which automatically cancels a showing if the prospect does not confirm it within four hours of the showing's time.

Enable scheduling restrictions if needed, setting minimum or maximum hour requirements for scheduling showings.

Optionally, enable screening questions for prospects to answer before scheduling a showing.

Select the serial number from the drop-down by clicking on Lockbox Serial Number, and location in the Lockbox Location section.

Choose whether to make lockbox showings the default view for prospects visiting the property's page.

Finally, decide whether to enable Geo-Fencing a security feature that restricts scheduling showings to prospects in the same region/state as the property.

After configuring these settings, click "Save" to apply the changes." page and search for the property's address.
