All feedbacks for the particular property

To view feedback provided by prospects for properties, you have two options:

Option 1: Feedback from Properties. 

1. Log into your ShowingHero account.
2. Navigate to the Properties section.
3. Click on the "View More" button for the property you want to check.
4. Then, click on the Feedback button to see the feedback provided by prospective tenants.

Option 2: Feedback in the Property Report under the Reports section.

1. Log into your ShowingHero account.
2. Navigate to Reports > Property Report.
3. Select the desired property from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on "View Feedback Details."
5. Export the feedback data to an Excel file by selecting "Export Feedback."

This process should provide you with the necessary feedback data in a convenient format. Finally, the system will also send a notification to your agent when a prospect provides feedback.
