What is Priority Status while adding the Agent?

When you add a new agent to your account, the system will prompt you to assign a 'priority status' for the agent. This priority status comes into play in certain scenarios:

For instance, let's say both Agent A and Agent B have a priority level of 1. They have both created the same showing schedule for the property '123'. If a prospective tenant books a showing slot between 1 pm and 1:30 pm, and both agents have the same priority level and are available, then the system will randomly assign the prospect to either agent.

Now, consider another scenario where Agent A has a priority level of 1 and Agent B has a priority level of 2. Again, they have both created the same showing schedule for the property '123'. If a prospective tenant books a showing slot between 1 pm and 1:30 pm, the system will prioritize Agent A because he has a higher priority level (1) compared to Agent B (2).
