User's Guide:
1. Just schedule a showing as usual.
2. Simply follow the prompts. Take clear pictures of your valid I.D.; and take a selfie while holding the same ID you uploaded.
3. Hit “Schedule My Showing” to proceed.
Agent's Guide
Verifying the User's I.D.
1. Here, the agent can review the I.D. images and choose to approve or reject the verification.
2. If the I.D. is valid, the agent can approve it with a simple click.
3. If the submitted I.D. does not meet the criteria, the agent can reject it.

"Auto Cancel Unreviewed Showings"
In order to enhance our verification process, Auto Cancel Unreviewed Showings is here. If the identification (ID) of a prospect is not verified within a predetermined time frame, as previously established, the status of the showing will be updated to "Not Verified."
It is important to note that the prospective attendee will still have the opportunity to attend the showing; however, the system will reflect the status as "Not Verified" to indicate that the identification process has not been completed within the specified timeframe. This enhancement aims to strengthen our verification procedures while maintaining the flexibility for prospects to attend their scheduled showings.
